The Limpopo provinces property market is the fastest growing in the country, followed by the Western Cape and Gauteng.
According to Statistics South Africa, the value of residential properties in South Africas fourth largest province in terms of land area, rose by over 12 in May 2025.
This has been attributed to the provinces strong economic growth over the last months. Statistics South Africa says Limpopos economy grew more than the national average in 2024.
