The African National Congress ANC in KwaZulu-Natal says it has written to the National Freedom Party NFP, requesting a bilateral meeting to discuss its decision to withdraw from the Government of Provincial Unity GPU.
The NFP announced its withdrawal from the coalition government on Wednesday.
The party further instructed its sole representative, Mbali Shinga, to resign as MEC of Social Development.
