Racing Club de Bafoussam have confirmed the return of Kouossi Jean Jacques as head of their technical staff. He joins from Rizire FC du Noun, succeeding Mongo Benjamin, who recently took over at Aigle Royal du Moungo.
This marks Kouossis third spell with the Tout-Puissant de lOuest. His previous tenures were notable for stabilizing the team during periods of transition and helping develop young talents who later made an impact in the Elite One championship. Known for his tactical discipline and ability to motivate players, Kouossis return is expected to bring experience and leadership to a club seeking to regain competitiveness.
For this new tenure, he will be assisted by U20 national team coach Yvan Kenmoe, who has been appointed to reinforce the clubs technical structure. Together, they are tasked with improving team cohesion, implementing modern training methods, and positioning Racing Club de Bafoussam as a contender in domestic competitions.
The club has experienced mixed fortunes in recent seasons, with inconsistent results in the Elite One championship and challenges in maintaining squad stability. Kouossis return is seen by supporters and club officials as an opportunity to restore continuity, leverage his knowledge of the clubs culture, and rebuild a winning mentality.
With a strong technical team in place and a clear plan for the season ahead, Kouossi Jean Jacques faces the challenge of delivering results while preparing the club for sustained success both in league play and cup competitions.
