Crime Intelligence head Dumisani Khumalo has been cleared to return to work after the High Court in Pretoria lifted his bail restrictions.
Khumalo has approached the court to have his bail conditions relaxed after an internal probe cleared him.
Khumalo and two co-accused had appealed the Pretoria Magistrates Courts initial ruling.
