Adeyemi, whose father is Nigerian, has often embraced his roots and did so once again when asked to name the Nigerian players he rates most highly.
Speaking to Oma Sports after Dortmund's 4-2 win over Bayer Leverkusen, the German-Nigerian player listed Victor Osimhen, Victor Boniface, and the legendary Jay-Jay Okocha among his favourite Nigerian players of all time.
