uMkhonto weSizwe MK Party founder Jabulani Khumalo has filed a last-ditch application at the Constitutional Court to reclaim the party from its current leader, former President Jacob Zuma.
Khumalo launched his urgent bid on Tuesday 12 August, citing Zuma, MK Party and the Independent Electoral Commission IEC among respondents.
He wants opposing parties to file their papers by 22 August 2025 and the apex court to hear the matter on 28 August.
