The leader of a breakaway faction of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church IPHC, Michael Sandlana, is expected to apply for bail in the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in Pretoria.
Sandlana is charged alongside Pretoria High Court Judge Portia Phahlane , her son Kagiso, and his spokesperson Vusi Ndala in a corruption and money-laundering case.
They face 18 counts related to the allegations. The state is opposing bail.
