The investigating officer into the Highgate Hotel Massacre Special Tribunal sitting in East London says they are facing some hurdles in securing some of the key witnesses to testify in the matter. This is because some are abroad and are not easy to trace.
The 1993 incident saw five people killed and seven injured. The hearing is drawing to an end this week.
The investigating officer, Vaughn Peterson says they are making progress in the matter.
