Intel Corporation has named Cindy Stoddard as its new senior vice president and chief information officer CIO, effective December 1, marking a significant step in the company's ongoing modernization and digital transformation efforts. She will report directly to CEO Lip-Bu Tan and oversee Intel's global IT organization.
The CIO position continues to grow in strategic importance as Intel focuses on upgrading legacy systems, strengthening operational resilience, and deepening collaboration with AI platform providers. Stoddard is expected to play a central role in shaping Intel's next generation of enterprise technology capabilities.
With more than 25 years of experience, Stoddard joins Intel after nearly a decade at Adobe, where she led global IT and cloud operations. During her tenure, she oversaw Adobe's large-scale cloud migration and enterprise data modernization, contributing significantly to the company's digital transformation. Her earlier leadership roles at NetApp, Safeway, APL, and Consolidated Freightways further strengthened her expertise in logistics, operations and building high-performing technology teams.
