Ace India batter Shubman Gillhas admitted that he is still decoding how to work towards being a successful all-format player and managing his workload. Gill has been an active part of all three setups of the national side of late. He is the full-time Test and ODI captain and is the vice-captain of the T20I unit.
Calling the hurdle as more of a mental challenge than physical, Gill spoke on how he has been tackling workload.
