The Communications Regulatory Authority of Mozambique INCM has reported a positive performance in executing its 2025 Activity Plan, achieving approximately 87 completion by November. This represents a significant improvement compared to last year's execution rate of 61. The progress highlights substantial advancements across regulation, enforcement, consumer protection, service quality, network expansion, digital inclusion, international presence, internal management modernization, and institutional capacity building.
