National Coloured Congress MP Fadiel Adams says he will not hesitate to lay a criminal charge against suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Lieutenant-General Shadrack Sibiya if allegations made about him are true.
The Madlanga Commission has heard a recorded conversation in which attempted murder accused, Vusimuzi Cat Matlala confessed to paying Sibiya up to R1 million a month in cash.
Witness C, a detective attached to Gauteng counterintelligence operations, made the revelations at the Commission.
