Bayern Munich director of sport, Max Eberl has now spoken out on what has become a very dramatic and messy situation involving Chelsea's Nicolas Jackson and the Bundesliga champions.
Softfootball reported on Saturday that Jackson had been set to join the German club on loan and was given permission to fly out to Germany but Chelsea intervened to cancel the move after Liam Delap suffered an injury during the Blues win against Fulham.
Bayern had been set to pay 13million loan fee as part of a move for Jackson with the deal having also included an option to buy for 56million plus a sell-on clause. However, Chelsea now expect Jackson to fly back to England from Munich.
