The Department of Sport, Arts and Culture DSAC has allocated R82 million to fund the development of the Video Assistant Referee VAR system in South African football.

DSAC is overseeing the project with the South African Football Association SAFA and the Premier Soccer League PSL, it said in a statement on Thursday 4 September.
