September is Heart Awareness Month HAM, a time to spotlight heart health and prevent cardiovascular disease CVD - the world's leading cause of death.
Heart and Stroke Foundation South Africa HSFSA will once again drive awareness, education, and prevention initiatives throughout the month, culminating on World Heart Day on 29 September with the theme 'Don't Miss a Beat' set by the World Heart Federation.
