Football commentator, Gurcan Bilgic has told Hakan Bilal Kutlualp that he will become Fenerbahce President if he signs Napoli striker Victor Osimhen for the Turkish club.
Bilal Kutlualp is a candidate in the Fenerbahce presidential election, which comes up in September.
Osimhen is yet to decide his next club after his loan spell with Galatasaray ended a few weeks ago.
The Nigeria international has been linked with several top European clubs this summer.
