A quiet stretch of Stephen Road turned into an active crime scene early this morning after police discovered a body concealed inside a wheely bin in Grassy Park, Cape town Etc reports.
According to reports, members of Grassy Park SAPS responded to reports from the community and located the bin containing the body on the roadside.
SAPS reported that a murder case has been opened after officers found the body this morning at around 7:30am
