Some roads and businesses including Golden Walk Mall in Germiston have been temporarily closed following heavy rains that hit parts of Ekurhuleni in Gauteng.
Emergency and traffic personnel have been deployed to monitor the situation and n o casualties reported so far.
Meanwhile, thee N3 North bound in Bedfordview in Ekurhuleni has been partially opened to traffic following a collision involving two trucks due to the rain. Ekurhuleni Metro Police spokesperson, Katlego Mphahlele has warned motorists to be extra careful.
