The Gauteng Department of Education says it will outline its plans to address infrastructure challenges in the province.
This follows complaints from parents at Bovet Primary School in Alexandra, north of Johannesburg, about severe overcrowding.
Parents say some learners are forced to sit on the floor or on their school bags due to a lack of space.
