Frustrated parents in Gauteng say they suspect corruption within the provincial Education Department amid learner placement challenges.
Parents are continuing to queue outside the departments district office in Morningside, Johannesburg, where they are seeking placements for their children.
Approximately 4 000 learners are still unplaced across the province.
