Crypto App Fomo Secures Major Investment

Crypto trading app Fomo has raised 17 million in a Series A funding round led by venture firm Benchmark. The funding brings its total capital raised to 19 million.

Over 200 angel investors joined the round. They include industry leaders such as Balaji Srinivasan, Marc Boiron of Polygon Labs, and Raj Gokal of Solana.

Benchmarks involvement marks its first major move into the consumer crypto space since 2018. The firms decision reflects confidence in Fomos growth model and expanding user base.
