The Freedom Front Plus FF-Plus believes the decision by Premier Panyaza Lesufi to suspend the head of department for Gauteng Health, Dr Lesiba Malotana, is a sign of enforcing accountability by the provincial government.
Lesufis office confirmed Malotanas suspension with immediate effect today.
This comes as the SIU is scaling up its probe into widespread maladministration and corruption at the Tembisa hospital in Ekurhuleni.
