Turkish Super Lig giants Fenerbahce are preparing an opening bid for Atalanta winger Ademola Lookman .
Sport Mediaset reports that the Istanbul club plans to submit a 5m loan offer, which would include a 37m obligation to buy the Nigerian international permanently.
Talks between Fenerbahce and Atalanta remain at an early stage.
