Eskom has published its 2025/26 summer outlook, saying it does not anticipate any loadshedding during this period. The power utility gave an update on its operational performance during a media briefing at its head office Megawatt Park, in Johannesburg.
The company says improved maintenance and additional grid capacity will ensure no loadshedding occurs.
Electricity Minister Dr Kgosientsho Ramokgopa says they have ended structural loadshedding with unplanned losses set to be kept below 15,000 megawatts.
