Manchester United legend, Gary Neville, has kicked against Chelseas move to appoint Liam Rosenior as their next manager.
Nevile is insisting that a club like Chelsea with a set of young players need an experienced manager and not a young coach.
He said the appointment of Rosenior will not bring the Blues any closer to the Premier League title.
