Manchester City's assistant coach, Kolo Toure has hailed Arsenal and its manager Mikel Arteta.
Toure, a former Arsenal defender, said the Gunners have a great squad and a fantastic manager.
The Ivorian spoke ahead of Man Citys Premier League tie with Crystal Palace on Saturday after his boss Pep Guardiola pulled out of his press conference at the last minute.
