Former Newcastle United striker, Alan Shearer, has ruled Liverpool out of the Premier League title race.
Shearer believes that the Reds will not retain the trophy they won in Arne Slots first season.
He was speaking on Premier League Productions following Liverpools 3-0 defeat at home to Nottingham Forest.
