Rashfords potential exit is attractive to the Red Devils, given any cash raised in a sale would count as pure profit due to the forwards status as an academy graduate, thereby helping them to deal with FFP restrictions.
However, the 26-year-old - who is valued at £80million - will oppose Uniteds attempts to move him on.
Rashford is happy in Manchester and is not keen on a transfer away from his boyhood club.
