Former Liverpool man, Steve Nicol has told Liam Rosenior that he needs to deal with two major issues when he takes over as Chelseas new head coach, replacing Enzo Maresca.
Chelsea are now finishing the process of hiring Rosenior, reports The Telegraph.
This comes after it was announced on Thursday that Maresca has resigned from his position because of disagreements with the clubs owners.
