Al-Hilal are waiting for Manchester United captain, Bruno Fernandes, to make up his mind over a summer move.
The Saudi Pro League side has demanded that Fernandes reach a decision over a stunning 200 million move.
According to The Daily Mail, Al-Hilal remain optimistic about landing the Portugal midfielder.
However, they want a firm decision before the end of May.
Their proposal includes a three-year contract with a basic weekly wage of 700,000.
