Arteta has already been shown five yellow cards this campaign and if he gets booked again at Old Trafford, he will be forced to watch the clash against the Toffees from the stands.
Earlier in the season, the 42-year-old had to sit out during the clubs clash against Aston Villa after he received his third booking of the season in a win over Luton Town.
