Egypt's National Telecommunication Institute NTI has reported a significant expansion in digital skills development and job market support by the end of 2025, marking what it described as an unprecedented year of achievement in line with the strategy of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology MCIT.
In a statement released on January 8, NTI said it continued to deliver strong national performance in digital capacity building, workforce upskilling, and alignment with labor market needs, reinforcing its role as the ministry's main training and research arm. The institute, which has more than 42 years of experience, operates as a national and regional center of excellence in ICT training, research, and development.
Throughout 2025, NTI implemented an integrated system of training, educational, and awareness programs that resulted in the graduation of tens of thousands of digital professionals. Training was delivered through NTI's two main campuses in Cairo Nasr City and Smart Village, as well as a nationwide network of more than 24 training centers within Egypt's Digital Creativity Centers Creativa across multiple governorates, including the flagship center in the New Administrative Capital. This approach aimed to ensure equitable access to training opportunities nationwide.
