Talaat Moustafa Group TMG , the Cairo-based developer led by Egyptian billionaire Hisham Talaat Moustafa, has launched a commercial and entertainment hub at its Celia project in Egypts New Administrative Capital, expanding services within the development and reinforcing its strategy of integrated urban communities.
The new destination, branded The Village, officially opens this week and is designed to serve the rising number of residents moving into Celia. The project forms part of TMGs broader strategy to accelerate livability and commercial activity in the new capital as occupancy across its developments continues to climb.
