Talaat Moustafa Group TMG Holdings, a Cairo-based developer led by Egyptian billionaire Hisham Talaat Moustafa, has started construction on a new Four Seasons hotel complex behind the Grand Egyptian Museum in Giza. The property, which spans 350,000 square meters, is expected to rank among West Cairos most high-profile hospitality sites once completed.
The hotel is being developed with Four Seasons Hotels Resorts, extending a partnership that began more than 20 years ago. The companies have already delivered Four Seasons hotels in Cairo and Alexandria, and are jointly advancing new projects in Luxor, Madinaty and on the North Coast.
