Nigeria international Jordan Torunarigha has completed his move to six-time German Bundesliga champions Hamburger SV.
The 27-year-old defender has joined Die Rothosen on a free transfer from Pro League outfit Gent - a club he helped clinch the 2021/22 Belgian Cup after joining them from Hertha Berlin in January 2022.
Torunarigha won 30 caps for Germanys youth teams, as well as one cap for Nigerias senior side, and he is set to take on an important role at HSV, which was promoted to the Bundesliga after finishing second in the 2024/25 Bundesliga 2.
Jordan became a key player and top performer during his time in Gent, Claus Costa, the director of football at HSV, said.
