ActionSA has added its voice to political parties serving on Parliaments ad hoc committee that are concerned about the time available to complete their work.
The committee was established to look into threats of national security, following allegations made by KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi of serious corruption in the criminal justice system.
The ad hoc committee has a deadline of the end of October to report back to the National Assembly. So far, the committee has had three meetings, two of which were held to thrash out its terms of reference.
