The lawyers of former-Apartheid Security Branch Officer Eugene de Kock confirmed that he would not be in court on Wednesday for the Cradock Four inquest due to health-related issues.
De Kocks lawyer, Juan Schoeman, says he was diagnosed with heart failure last week Friday and was advised to rest for at least a month.
The lawyers representing the families of the Cradock Four and the Cradock Communities argue that it is unacceptable that de Kock cannot testify in the inquest.
