Controversial North West businessman Brown Mogotsi is scheduled to appear before the judicial commission of inquiry into criminality, political interference and corruption in the criminal justice system on Tuesday, 18 and Wednesday, 19 November 2025.
This will mark the start of the commissions Phase Two, it said in a statement on Monday evening.
During Phase One, 27 witnesses testified, including KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Lt-Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi who first made the allegations the commission is probing in July.
