The Democratic Alliance DA has launched an internal investigation into issues surrounding the dispute between DA leader John Steenhuisen and Dion George, the partys Federal Finance Chairperson.
This follows the recent firing of George as Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment by President Cyril Ramaphosa at Steenhuisens request.
Steenhuisen-George dispute worsensThe DA Federal Executive Fedex met on Sunday 23 November to discuss a formal response to the continuing public airing of matters relating to a dispute between senior office bearers of the party, DA Federal Council Chairperson Helen Zille said in a statement on Monday.
