Cyera Secures Major Investment To Scale Its AI Security Platform

Cyera has raised 400 million in a Series F round. The raise brings its total funding to more than 1.7 billion. The company said the new capital will support rapid global expansion. The round comes only six months after its previous raise. Cyeras valuation now stands at 9 billion. This is three times higher than the figure reported a year earlier.

Blackstone led the round. All existing investors took part. The group included Accel. It included Coatue. It included Cyberstarts. It also included Georgian, Greenoaks, Lightspeed, Redpoint, Sapphire, Sequoia Capital, and Spark.

Cyera said demand for secure AI systems continues to rise. Enterprises are using larger AI models. They also deploy agentic AI tools at speed. This growth brings new risks. Organisations want to use AI safely. They want tight control of sensitive data in all environments.
