Cape Town International Airports fuel supply constraints have been resolved, according to the Board of Airline Representatives of South Africa Barsa.
The association announced that Burgan Cape Terminal had now reopened for jet fuel supply, allowing airlines to uplift fuel as normal.
Barsa extends its appreciation to the Minister of Transport, Airports Company South Africa, Air Traffic and Navigation Services and Fuel Industry Association of South Africa for their proactive support and cooperation in managing the situation. Their coordinated efforts helped stabilise operations and ensure continuity for airlines, said Barsa CEO, George Mothema .
