The Free State High Court in Bloemfontein is expected to hear outstanding matters raised by Moroadi Cholota in her special plea to be removed as an accused from the R255 million asbestos roof removal corruption case on Tuesday.

The matter was referred back by the Constitutional Court after it found that there were grounds which formed part of her special plea that the High Court did not deal with.

Cholota, who is the former Personal Assistant of then Free State Premier Ace Magashule, and is regarded as a link between some of the accused in the matter, claims that she was tortured by South African investigators while in the United States US.
