The High Court in Pretoria is expected to hear arguments on the admissibility of a statement by Sifiso Gwabini Zungu when the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial resumes on Tuesday morning.
Zungu is the third witness to be called by the defence to testify in the trial of five men accused of the murder of the Bafana Bafana soccer captain.
Meyiwa was shot and killed at his then-girlfriend, Kelly Khumalos, parental home in Vosloorus on Gautengs East Rand in 2014.
