The Nelspruit District Court in Mpumalanga has postponed the murder case of Sidwell Khosa to next Tuesday for the continuation of his bail application.
Khosa is accused of being involved in the killing of Road Accident Fund RAF beneficiaries, Xihlamariso Sambo and Kenneth Nkuna in Bushbuckridge last year.
The state says he connected the pair to a lawyer who successfully processed their claims and later demanded a payment for his services.
