The High Court in Johannesburg has postponed City Powers urgent interdict against the Hawks to Friday.
This is to allow the Hawks legal team time to file their outstanding affidavits.
The Hawks raided City Power headquarters, following an alleged irregular tender worth at least R67 million for the procurement of electrical transformers.
