The Regulatory Postal and Electronic Communications Agency ARPCE will host a high-level seminar on digital regulation at the Hilton Hotel in Brazzaville. The event aims to bring together international experts, public institutions, operators, and private sector stakeholders to shape a national vision for digital regulation in the Republic of Congo.

The five-day seminar will address key topics including artificial intelligence, data management, digital finance, blockchain, and satellite technologies, with the goal of developing a comprehensive roadmap for the country's digital development. Participants will discuss citizen protection in digital spaces, the promotion of responsible innovation, and strategies to integrate emerging technologies safely and efficiently.

Prestigious international experts are set to contribute to the discussions, including Prof. David Restrepo Amariles from HEC Paris, specializing in digital finance and AI, and Prof. Gregory Lewkowicz from the Free University of Brussels, an expert in data regulation and member of the European Committee on AI. Their insights are expected to help guide the formulation of effective regulatory policies.
