Building on existing product integrations, the partnership is designed to strengthen cyber resilience, protect sensitive data, and support enterprise AI adoption while ensuring compliance with growing data sovereignty requirements.
The expanded collaboration enables organizations to unlock greater value from their enterprise data through AI-ready platforms while maintaining secure, compliant, and sovereign data environments. By combining Cohesitys AI-powered data security with Google Clouds advanced AI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure capabilities, the joint solutions aim to support digital transformation without compromising data protection.
A key focus of the partnership is accelerating insights from enterprise data. Organizations can already use Googles Gemini models to power Cohesity Gaia, an enterprise AI assistant that enables natural language searches across unstructured data in cloud and on-premises environments. Planned enhancements include embedding Google Clouds Vertex AI Search into Cohesity Gaia, delivering faster, citation-backed answers sourced from Cohesitys immutable data lake. A Google Cloudhosted version of Cohesity Gaia is now available, improving performance, availability, and response speed through Google Clouds global infrastructure.
