Joao Pedro will link with the Chelsea squad at the Club World Cup, after a 50m deal was reached with Brighton on Sunday.
The Brazilian forward will travel on Tuesday ahead of his medicals and contract signing.
Chelsea have beaten off competition from Premier League rivals Newcastle United to land Pedro this summer.
