John Obi Mikel, a former Chelsea midfielder, has expressed worry over Cole Palmer after his performance against Flamengo in the FIFA Club World Cup on Friday night.
The Nigerian said Palmer disappears in games as Flamengo defeated Chelsea 3-1.
Palmer was not really impressive during Chelseas defeat against the Brazilian side and was replaced by Marc Guiu late in the second half.
Speaking about the England international, Obi Mikel told DAZN: It is a bit worrying.
Cole is a fantastic player, everything goes through him but sometimes he disappears in games where you don't see him and that has happened again.
