The lawyers for businessman Sulliman Carrim say they will move to file for a postponement of his appearance before the Madlanga Commission this morning.
Carrim had turned to the High Court in a bid to stop his subpoena before the Commission. However his application was struck off the roll.
Proceedings begin at 9h30 on Friday morning.
